Financial closure (credit facilities) agreement
Sumnima Hydropower Company Limited signed Credit Facilities Agreement with Machachhapuchre Bank Limited
On 28 May 2025, Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited signed a financial-closure (credit facilities) agreement with Sumnima Hydropower Company Limited.
Under this agreement, MBL will provide financing for two hydropower projects developed by Sumnima:
4.9 MW run-off-river plant on the Pikhuwa River (the Upper Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Project), and
4.1 MW project on Pikhuwa Pashupati River ( Pikhuwa Pashupati Hydro Power Project)
